FOUR WEEKS IN THAILAND
May 4th, 2010Even with the recent tumult occurring in the Land Of Smiles, Thailand continues to be a place of mystery, enchantment and wonder. It is truly unlike anywhere else in the world.
This video, shot and very nicely post produced by Martin Franke, shows off some of the most beautiful areas around Thailand’s southern coastal areas. The movie is quite self-explanatory, but I asked Martin for a little background. He had this to say:
Me and my brother Dirk went to Thailand in December 2009 for a 4 week vacation. We travelled to Chumphon, Koh Tao, Koh Phangan, Koh Samui, Krabi, Phuket and Khao Lak. For us Koh Phangan is the best place in Thailand’s South. Lovely people everywhere, beautiful stunning locations and beaches, and not too many tourists. If you want to chill and hang around or go hiking, that’s the right place.
