Went to Singapore at roughly the same time 3 years in a row and each time saw this building at various stages of construction. Wasn't entirely sure how they were going to get the platform across the top, but willing to believe. Turns out architects are geniuses. Who knew? The bar and infinity pool at the top is amazing, but you have got to be some kind of insane to jump off that thing. Wow. Great video.

Great list of the best drives in Canada. We'd like to add Route 16 which runs along the southern shore of Chedabucto Bay, the largest bay on the Nova Scotia Atlantic coast. This coastal road was described by Frommers as an "uncommonly scenic drive. It will make you wish you were riding a large and powerful motorcycle." Route 16 highlights include the beautiful Fogarty's Cove, immortalized in song by the late Stan Rogers, the Prince Henry Sinclair lookoff with its commanding view of the Bay as well as the Queensport Lighthouse. This scenic drive is one of our top 10 summer activities on the Authentic Seacoast. You can read more here:

The Icefields Parkway is an absolute must. We suggest starting down in Glacier National Park (which is a US / Canadian Peace Park), visiting Waterton and then making your way up. Do it soon though – the icefields (and a major source of our drinking water) is disappearing fast!

BTW - Are the Flintstones Canadian? Celine, Alannis, Michael J. Fox, Ryan Reynolds – don't y'all claim enough already? =)

It certainly was a fun trip to do! I think it took us 4 days from Adelaide to Kalgoorlie, stopping at Glendambo, Barton and Forrest along the way. The result of the journey is that there is now continuous Telstra cellular phone coverage from the Pacific to the Indian Ocean across >4000km of the continent, with a big part (1600km approx) the direct result of that scouting trip I did in 2007.

Just one of many examples of the interesting things you can get to do as a telecommunications design engineer.

Glad you enjoyed the film as much as I did making it!
